“Dean of Condos” to sell Grand Isle Villas
Toronto’s “Dean of Condos” has signed on with Grand Isle Resort & Spa as part of the luxury community’s new villa sales program.
Hunter Milborne, who has been personally responsible for the marketing and sales of more than $10 billion in properties, brings considerable experience to one of the most impressive developments in the Caribbean.
Milborne has managed sales for more than 500 developments and currently has a 12 – 15 percent share of the condo sales market in Toronto. He is also the Chairman of Sotheby’s Canada.
Milborne was coined the “Dean of Condos” by Canadian Business Magazine.
The company officially takes the reigns at Grand Isle’s sales office on August 1.
With a direct flight from Exuma to Toronto through Air Canada Vacations, potential homeowners and renters at Grand Isle are able to leave in the morning and have lunch on the beach. The flight leaves on Thursdays and Sundays during the peak winter season and once a week throughout the year. Air Canada started flying direct to Exuma in 2011 every Sunday from Toronto.
Sharon Dunn, a well-known journalist and real estate marketer, will be Milborne Real Estate’s representative on site.
