Michelin Star Chef Returns for ‘Restaurant Takeovers’

The stars are aligned in Exuma for three days this August: Michelin stars, to be exact.

In this limited, exclusive offer, you are invited to join Alyn Williams, England’s chef of the year winner for 2012, for two amazing “restaurant takeovers” in Exuma, Bahamas.

On Thursday, August 20, Chef Williams will perform his first takeover at our new venue, Catch A Fire, creating a world class, five-course tasting menu for this one night only.  Palapa Grill, located at the luxurious Grand Isle Resort & Spa, plays host to a second restaurant takeover on Saturday, August 23rd. Reservations are required for both events.

London born, Alyn has refined his modern French cooking style working under well-known TV chef Gordon Ramsey at ‘Restaurant Gordon Ramsey’ (Michelin 3-star). Alyn also worked under Marcus Wareing for eight years at The Berkeley (Michelin 2-star). He has recently gone on his own with ‘Alyn Williams at The Westbury’ in London at The Mayfair Westbury. He was awarded a Michelin Star in his first year, which is almost unheard of in the culinary world.
