The company’s founder, Peter Nicholson Jr., first began investing in Exuma in 2004 on the island of Little Farmer’s Cay with his Bahamian business partner, Tyrone Munroe. Growing up in Nova Scotia, on the Canadian east coast, his fondest memories were on the beach during those precious summer months. His only complaint? The summer ended too soon.
The endless summer and incredible beauty of Exuma, along with the warmth of the people, made him fall in love with the islands.
It is a love affair that continues to this day.
