Grand Isle shines at Tiger21 Meeting

GIV Bahamas Inc. had the privilege of promoting Exuma and Grand Isle Resort & Spa last month to the world’s most powerful networking group.

The Tiger21 Annual Meeting, held last month at the historic and regal Breakers Resort in West Palm Beach, brought together an incredible collection of minds for three days of workshops and meetings. Tiger 21 was declared the wealthiest, most influential networking group by Forbes magazine in an article published last year – http://www.forbes.com/sites/markfidelman/2014/01/07/tiger-21-meet-the-wealthiest-most-powerful-social-networking-group-in-the-world/

This event brought every member across North America under the same roof.

Throughout the meeting, GIV Bahamas Inc. was invited to set up a large display in the coveted Magnolia Lounge to introduce members to Exuma and Grand Isle.

Magnolia Purchasing Advisors gives Tiger21 members purchasing advice, privileged access and buying opportunities on luxury goods and services. Grand Isle was the only resort represented in the lounge, surrounded by a star-studded assemble of complementary businesses.

Other Magnolia partners included The Quintess Collection, If Only, Net Jets, The Guidry Group, Greene & Co, World Clinic, Dempsey & Carroll Hub International, New Zealand Tourism, First Hand Tickets, Luftanza, NYLUX Events, Frosch and Louis XIII.

“It was a true privilege to be a part of the Magnolia Lounge,” said Peter Nicholson, Tiger21 member for the Montreal chapter and owner at Grand Isle Resort & Spa.

“We are humbled to be included with such great businesses and I can’t wait to roll out the red carpet to more fellow Tiger 21 members when they arrive to vacation at Grand Isle in the future.”

Indeed, that process has already begun. Just as the event ended, Nicholson and several Tiger21 members boarded a private plane for Exuma and stayed at Grand Isle.

GIV Bahamas Inc., which sponsored and hosted the booth under the Department of Villa Sales, is offering special access to the resort for all members and other exclusive programs and services.

The booth featured stunning posters, high-definition videos and several giveaways, including a digital camera, snorkeling equipment and complementary accommodation for a week in one of Grand Isle’s luxurious ocean-front villas.

“Exuma and Grand Isle offer a more exclusive, private and pristine alternative for Tiger21 members. And we value these clients tremendously,” said Jeff Todd, Director of Communications at GIV Bahamas Inc.  “More than just promoting a resort, we are in the business of Exuma, and we look forward to introducing more members to this very special island.”
